The HYVE is a new programme aimed at Adapting Structured Diabetes Education for a Culturally Diverse Community.
Developed in response to the call from the African Caribbean community for more ‘tools’ and practical support to focussing principally on facilitating the Health & wellbeing and self management of the condition in order to “Live well with diabetes.”
