The HYVE is a new programme aimed at Adapting Structured Diabetes Education for a Culturally Diverse Community.
Developed in response to the call from the African Caribbean community for more ‘tools’ and practical support to focussing principally on facilitating the Health & wellbeing and self management of the condition in order to “Live well with diabetes.”
The HYVE programme builds on and enhances the initial work of Honeyzz checking and monitoring service, in keeping with Honeyzz ethos.
